How many women do you know that will tell you she absolutely knows something is wrong but her doctor is saying there isn’t? If this hasn’t happened to you chances are you know someone this has happened to.
Women need to be their own advocates. Nobody knows your body better than you do. And if you do not get the answers you are seeking then you need to keep on with your battle. You are in charge and it needs to stay that way. Only you are in control of what happens to your body and not anyone else.
Many women will go to her physician and tell the doctor what is wrong. After explaining all of the symptoms the doctor will look at her and tell her what she is feeling can’t be happening. The woman leaves the physician’s office feeling not only frustrated but also second-guessing herself. This woman has two choices. She can go home and live with the problem or she can take a stand and research and demand answers.
We see this everyday with women. We read stories and messages from women who are suffering and searching for answers. Two very true instances are women suffering with Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome and Essure Problems.
The women that fall into the above two categories are women that suffer daily. They suffer from the time they get up in the morning and sometimes right through the night.
But, women are also very strong. They research until they find the answers and they also find others that are going through similar issues. The women posting on the article Essure Problems Continue Among Woman explains one such issue. These women are fighters and not willing to give up.
Another great story is Megan’s Story: PTLS Syndrome: Megan’s Experience. After going through the aftereffects of tubal ligation she wouldn’t give up. Megan knew something was wrong and kept researching to find the answer. After finding the answer she is now posting and blogging and has a Facebook Page so that others will know they are not alone. Megan has become the spokeswoman for PTLS Syndrome and states even if she helps just one woman she has managed to do what she set out to do.
Women need to speak up and let the world know that these things are happening. Essure IS causing problems and Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome is real!
If you have a story to share please do. There are many women who are looking for answers and you may just have what it takes to help another or to find someone who is going through the exact same thing you are.
